If you wear scarves every week, investing in a proper scarf ring may be worthwhile.
My Honest Verdict
After several months of experimenting, I still use regular rings as scarf rings.
Most people can’t tell the difference.
In fact, I’ve received compliments while wearing a scarf secured with a ring that cost less than five dollars.
The trick is choosing the right ring.
If it’s smooth, lightweight, and has a reasonably large opening, there’s a good chance it will work just fine.
So if you’re standing in front of your jewelry box wondering whether a regular ring can double as a scarf ring, I’d say give it a try.
Just maybe skip the giant gemstone cocktail ring.
